Learn how to look for patterns in the art featured in Mind, Art, Experience: 10 Years of Chess & Culture in Saint Louis, and in the world around you! Brittany Mosier will teach you about types of patterns like regular, irregular, organic, and geometric, and point out how they are used in select artworks from our current exhibition and familiar objects, like a chessboard. Maybe you will feel inspired to make patterned art of your own! This program is for kids and families of all ages.
Brittany Mosier is the Program Coordinator at the World Chess Hall of Fame. She lives in Saint Louis. She loves looking at and creating drawings, paintings, and patterns! Her favorite common pattern is clouds!
